Whether we like it or not, all moms know that at some point during our littles one's infancy we will likely need to leave our baby with someone else. It takes a village to raise a child, and with so much love going around, there is really no good reason for moms to be the sole providers for their baby even when breastfeeding. Not only does leaving baby with a caregiver give new moms a much-needed break, but also introduces baby to new faces, smells, and people who love him or her just as much. While the bond between a mother and her child is like no other, dads, grandparents, and other family members should be allowed to participate in these special, snuggly, sweet early moments too.
