Pregnacy and Parenting : Fall scavenger hunt, how SAHMs can make an income, best bottle for breastfeeding Moms

Sunday evening-so we meet again...

Anybody else feeling a little exhausted? Weekends are supposed to be rejuvenating, right? I think that whoever thought that up probably didn't have kids. True, weekends are an amazing time to unwind a little and get a break from the work and school flow. However, weekends are also sometimes the only time to squeeze in fun family activities, birthday parties, shopping trips and all the little odds and ends that don't always happen during the week.

My family has been on the go for the last month or so with not much of an end in site. We really do LOVE to travel. We love exploring new places, visiting with our faraway families and we aren't often stagnant. I live with a few different types of Autoimmune Diseases and I am always trying to prove to them that I am just a little bit stronger. However, I often need a reminder that it is okay to say "no" to some trips, event invitations and non-obligatory functions and just spend a few quiet days at home.

This is my quick reminder for you to always do what is best for your family. Even if what's best is staying home all weekend in your pajamas and making apple pie.
